BUILD 0.2.4.3

Fixes to some of the Spanish translation and some oddities introduced in the last build

• Fixed some spelling errors and wording in the Spanish translations
• Some "Special Ability" texts weren't getting bumped to their own line
• Fixed confirmation pop up not showing up when restarting or quitting the game
• Added the start menu back to the Win build :P

• Fixed some issues introduced by last build when time is stopped
