Just some small fixes to UI and values.

• Update the Menu tutorial image.
• Update the text for the Unit Info tutorial to indicate you can access it from the pause menu.
• Moved the crossed-out, red circle that appears when a unit is on cooldown to better fit individual units.

• Fixed an issue that slowed down unit movement considerably.
